FONDAZIONE LIVE – HABITAT
Una riflessione sull’abitare gli spazi museali
in collaborazione con franzLAB
IT. Martedì 15 marzo alle ore 19.00, nell’ambito del programma pubblico Fondazione Live e in collaborazione con franzLAB, verrà presentata la seconda parte del progetto HABITAT.
Dopo il primo dialogo con Emanuele Coccia che si è svolto martedì scorso (da rivedere qui), lo storico dell’arte e curatore Emanuele Quinz dialogherà insieme a un’altra ospite d’eccezione sul tema del museo come habitat naturale per gli essere umani: Domitilla Dardi, storica e Senior Curator di design al MAXXI di Roma.
A seguire, verso le ore 20.00, verrà proiettato presso la Fondazione il film La finestra sul cortile di Alfred Hitchcock, all’interno di un habitat domestico allestito ad hoc per tutta la durata del progetto. Per assistere alle proiezioni della conversazione tra Quinz e Dardi e del film in Fondazione è necessaria la prenotazione via mail a visit@fondazioneantoniodallenogare.com oppure chiamando il 0471 971626. I posti disponibili sono limitati.
La conversazione tra Coccia e Quinz sarà trasmessa live sui canali Facebook e Youtube della Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare.
Durante tutta la durata di HABITAT verranno inoltre pubblicati su franzmagazine.com alcuni approfondimenti tematici con voci autorevoli del mondo museale e del design.

Reflections on ways of inhabiting museum spaces
in collaboration with franzLAB
EN. Tuesday, March 15th at 7PM, Fondazione Antonio dalle Nogare will host the second part of HABITAT, the current project of the public program Fondazione Live, in collaboration with franzLAB. HABITAT is a project in several parts and layers reflecting ways of inhabiting museum spaces.
After the first appointment featuring Emanuele Coccia last Tuesday (you can watch it here), this time the online dialogue, guided by Emanuele Quinz, design and art historian, as well as curator, will have another special guest to examine the idea of the museum as a domestic realm: Domitilla Dardi, historian and Senior Curator of Design at the MAXXI – National Museum of Contemporary Art and Architecture in Rome.
Right after the talk (around 8pm), we will host a screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window at the Foundation, inside the domestic habitat created for the duration of this project. The screening of the online conversation as well as the screening of the movie at the Foundation request a reservation, since capacity is limited. The conversation between Quinz and Coccia will be broadcast live on the Facebook and Youtube channels of Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare.
The conversation, which will be held in Italian, will later be uploaded on Youtube channel with subtitles in German and English.
Meanwhile on franzmagazine.com there will be several articles and interviews around HABITAT, focusing on people from within and around the world of museums.
