2024 BILLIE JEAN KING CUP FINALS AND PLAY-OFFS LINE-UP CONFIRMED AFTER BLOCKBUSTER WEEKEND IN QUALIFIERS AND REGIONAL GROUPS
Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Slovakia, Romania and USA booked their places at the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals after sealing victories in this weekend’s Qualifiers, which concluded on Saturday.
They will join 2023 world champions Canada, 2023 runners-up Italy, host nation Spain and wildcard Czechia in Seville in November, as well as earlier Qualifiers winners Australia and Japan.
Emma Raducanu’s second win of the weekend – 4-6 6-1 7-6(1) over Diane Parry – clinched an impressive 3-1 triumph for Great Britain over France in Le Portel, after Katie Boulter had beaten Clara Burel in straight sets to put the visitors 2-1 up.

Ana Bogdan and Jaqueline Cristian sealed Romania’s path to Seville with a decisive doubles victory in Fernandina Beach, capping a remarkable comeback from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Ukraine. Romania will compete in the Finals for the first time.
Poland, Slovakia and USA cruised to 4-0 triumphs over Switzerland, Slovenia and Belgium respectively, and Germany defied a sell-out home crowd in Sao Paulo to beat Brazil 3-1.
